Previously a director and responsible officer of the investment banking arm of a major Chinese bank and an Asian investment bank.

Over 25 years of experience in the securities industry, and previously held managerial positions in equity research, fund management and corporate finance.
Founder of Athens Capital Limited and Akron Corporate Finance Limited.

Holder of a bachelor's degree in Business Adminstration, majoring in Finance and a Master's degree in Professional Accounting.

Sheron Yau - Managing Director

Holder of a bachelor’s degree in Arts from The University of Hong Kong and a master’s degree in business administration from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Certified public accountant of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Previously a managing director of a licensed corporation carrying on Type 1 (Dealing in Securities) and Type 6 (Advising on Corporate Finance) regulated activities under the SFO in Hong Kong and has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance and accounting.
Worked for several international and Hong Kong-based investment banks and had been the Chief Operating Officer of an international investment bank.
Her corporate finance experience includes IPOs, takeovers, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance advisory for real estate investment trusts, various fund raising exercises and company restructuring, etc.

Deirdre Yau - Responsible Officer

Worked for a PRC securities firm for over 20 years and her last position was COO and MD in the corporate finance department.
Worked in the investment banking arm of a Singapore bank and the Listing Division of the The Exchange of Hong Kong Limited for over 3 years.
